Weak water pressure…went back to old shower head. Very dissatisfied. Waste of money.

Shower heads work great for a time. Filter clogged extremely fast so water was down to a trickle in a matter of 4 showers. Tried customer service over a month and the responses were at first generic. Now all but none existent. They provide no help and the return warranty is false. They do not honor it.

This is to update my prior review which was negative - only because I had attached the hose upside down and complained that it wouldn't fit. I feel quite embarrassed because when I finally figured it out and fixed it - WHAT A GREAT SHOWER!! Love the various intensities available. I would definitely recommend this shower head!

I purchased the shower head,and extr filters. The purchase I made did not come with the hose. I payed $90.00 and I find the purchase I made was useless without the hose. I'm going to return my items for a refund. I found at Home Depot the same setup and name brand with the hose that I needed the the most for $29.00 .When I watched the ad a 90 day return policy was offered and after I made my purchase it went to 30 days.I made my purchase, because I need the hose for your shower head. I'm not happy with Drivse. They don't bother to return e-mails concerning the matter. I hope they give me my money back and we part our ways. Very disappointed. Anthony Kaleta
