I didn't appreciate being blackmailed into watching an extremely long video with the consequences of more money being deducted if I turn off the video. And the audacity of you going after my checking account trying to steal a monthly purchase payment from me.

I don't notice any difference

Besides taking a very long time it received the shower novel with out any hose. I wrote you about that. So as of now I'd like instructions to return the Nozel It's such a slow process . Also I didn't know I need to buy a hose separately Very unpleasant situation

Slow delivery, but I was kept notified. Received it yesterday and tried to install today and it leaks. It seems the threads are not as large/wide(?) as my current showerhead. I will try and make the item secure with teflon plumbers tape.

Made with substandard/cheap material The handle that holds the filter is made of cheap plastic and has a crack in it so it leaks. I email support and was informed that my warranty had expired so I couldn't get a replacement. So I asked to purchase just that part, and was told they didn't offer that part to be sold separately, but gave me a 30% discount on a new unit. Why would I buy another poorly made product just to have it break again. Don't do business with this company it's a scam

We are very disappointed in the shower heads. I ordered 1 for us to try & 2 to give as Christmas gifts (which I didn’t gift because we were so disappointed in the one we tried). I didn’t order extra filters which you saw fit to bill me for & ship them. I have tried several times for a refund & I have been ignored. So much for your 90 day refund policy.

I ordered 3 shower heads from this company. The shower heads are great when they work, but I needed a rubber ring insert to replace because mine was leaking. Nothing in the local stores works. I wrote the company and requested the part. They informed me they do not send replacement parts, but they could offer me half off a new shower head. This is how they work, I didn’t have mine for 6 months before they wanted to force me to buy another one. Don’t bother. I will take my chances with a cheaper store version.

I dislike the condition the package was in when it arrived. The box was battered , looked like it has been stepped on; there was supposed to be a cap on the attachment end of the shower head but it was missing. After attaching the shower head it leaked so I had to use the washer from my old shower head to solve the leak. Using the new shower head was nice and comfortable; I felt cleaner with the filtered water. There was some increased water pressure but not like in your video. So far I believe this product is going to help my hair and skin but will give it a good month trial use.
