My review is NOT FAKE! THis company is a RIPOFF they repeatedly send AND CHARGE YOU FOR REPLACEMENT filters with out asking. I paid $60.00 then after 2weeks they automatically charged me $56. for 2 filters, then they want to charge me more for a Warranty! WITHOUT my consent. I don't recommend this product to even my worst enemy!! Iplan to report them to the F T.C.

Company is in Portugal. Read the return policy. Couldn't stop order 10 minutes after making it. Auto reponse email and phone number invalid. First email direct response was 10 days after order. Added $79 worth of filters i did not order. Filed a complaint with AX to stop shipment. Please don't order Drivse products. Reviews fake.

You are absolutely wrong, I paid for 24 total filters for extras and received a total of four filters. Missing 20 of these. If I can find a place online, I'm going to bash you with a review. Unless you can fix this immediately. I am not happy about your poor customer service. Arlin Hatfield, MD Show quoted text

Shower heads were never received! On November 28, 2025, ordered two shower heads and 6 filters because of company's "after purchase ad". Declined additional "after purchase ad" for hoses. When I saw the cost of filters ($77.70), I cancelled the filters so PayPal charged me $59.98 for the two shower heads only.

Your handheld are no different than any other handheld showerhead. I would love to know the real reason why the ion filters arrive two months after you get the actual handheld showerhead? And honestly, once I did receive the ion filters in, made no difference at all and I just will continue using the affordability one off Amazon.

This is junk, and customer service for a return is a joke.

We do not care for it, seems to flimsy as far as it being plastic, the hardest speed is too misty by the time it hits you, it's fine if hand held.

I need my whole refund back I will never buy anything from this company
