The shower head is great I like it a lot, but be careful somewhere when checking out you can get roped into a subscription for a monthly paper filter that costs as much as the shower head cost originally actually take filter out and it works better! I’m still unsure if I’ve had subscription cancelled or not customer service I can’t get a response guess I’ll know if they try and steal another $40 bucks

I finally have water pressure in my shower and my kitchen faucet. Using the shower you hate to end.

They do not stand behind their products. I tried to return thier products. Useless. They won't send me thier address or a return label. Thier customer service is non existent. Don't order anything from this company they suck!!
