Be careful before you place the order with this company

I filed a complaint against an online company named Drivse for deceptive and fraudulent business practices. In 01/05/2026, I attempted to purchase a shower head from Drivse. The checkout process involved a long, misleading video flow, and I believed the purchase did not go through. I later purchased the same product from Amazon instead. Two days later, Drivse contacted me stating that my order was preparing for shipment. I immediately requested cancellation, stating I no longer wished to proceed due to their aggressive and deceptive upselling practices. Drivse confirmed that the order was canceled. Approximately 1 months later, I received a notification that replacement filters were preparing for shipment. I immediately contacted Drivse stating that I never ordered filters and did not authorize any subscription. Drivse informed me that I had been enrolled in a subscription, which I did not knowingly or explicitly consent to. I requested cancellation of both the subscription and the order. Drivse stated that the subscription could be canceled but the order could not, and offered store credit instead of a refund. I refused store credit, as I did not intend to purchase anything from them. Eventually, Drivse offered a partial refund of 20% and shipment of the filters. The total charge was $59.98, which I agreed to under the assumption that a reasonable quantity of filters would be provided. I ultimately received only two very small filters, significantly smaller than standard shower filters and grossly inconsistent with the price charged. This was misleading and deceptive. Drivse is now refusing to issue a full refund unless I return the product to a warehouse in China, despite the package having been shipped from California. They have refused my request to return the item to the original sender. I believe Drivse is engaging in deceptive subscription practices, misleading pricing, and unfair return policies designed to prevent consumers from obtaining refunds.

My hair feels really clean
My hair feels really clean, and it washes the shampoo and conditioner out flawlessly, but I'm concerned with the high pressure. I noticed my scalp flaking after use. Will this cause hair loss over time due to the high pressure of the water? It also stings when you get too close to the water from the shower head. They won't let me return it even though my mom asked me to. The customer service is non-responsive, and when you email them you get a virus warning as a response. I paid for this with Canadian Tax payers money I expect better service.

Not enough stars in the world 2 give this shower head
First of all, the very first use.I noticed a huge difference. For one thing my hair isn't falling out anymore. The softness and shine is so noticeable. I'm pretty sure they can see it from outer space. I'm so in love with the shower head. 5 stars is not enough to rate it. It deserves a 100 stars. The only question I have for myself is why I didn't find this sooner. Thank you to the moon and back. I'm slowly getting my hair back as well as it be an incredibly shiny and soft.

This company that sells shower heads…
This company that sells shower heads and the filters is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Warning, do not purchase anything from this company! They will rip you off with a “subscription” tactic that you never signed up for. Also, their product is cheap and does not live up to their hype about it!!!

The head is too small and the water…
The head is too small and the water comes out too forcefully. The water gets all over the shower and my hair when I don't want it to. I literally have to turn it off to soap up as the water sprays too much! I feel I was taken for the cost of it!

I wanted to order the 3 shower head…
I wanted to order the 3 shower head deal for $24.99 and they charged me $75 for extra stuff I did not order. I sent several emails and their responses were obviously ai, as they did not address my issues.

DRIVSE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY!
I filed out all the necessary info and was ready to place the order for 2 shower heads. However, at the last minute I decided not to place the order. It looked to shady. 2 weeks later the shower heads came in the mail. WHAT? i didn't order them. I decided what the heck I'll just keep them. Then a few weeks later a get these 2 little filters in the mail and had no idea what they were for. Then about a month later 2 more came in the mail. So I began to investigate and found they fit the shower heads and I had been charged $59.00 each time for these tiny filters. it was a real rip off. I contacted the company and recieved a nice reply from two individuals indicating they were so sorry and would tell me how to to return them. I received nothing so I contacted them again and got a different person named "SHANE" which means "SHAMELESS CROCK". He said they would not be accepting returns or doing a refund. He should have addressed me as "DEAR SUCKER". I will be contacting CHase Bank and try to get my money back. BEWARE OF "DRIVSE" THEY ARE A HORRIFIC COMPANY!

A very pleasant shower experience
The showerhead filters the water very well. When I see how much dirt is on the inside filter, I realize why my hair had troubles and my skin was dry. Now I can see improvements from a week to another. It also allows you to turn the water off while using the cosmetics, just pressing a button. Additionally the shower head cand spread the water in 3 ways that can calm the skin and make the shower a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend.
