I have never felt so refreshed after a shower as I have with this shower head. At first the pressure hurt because I was not used to it, but now I can't wait to shower again.

REFUND
I got the product ok and tried. But somewhat not satisfied so I sent many emails to Support @ Drivse to ask for details regarding RETURN and REFUND policy. But they have not responded yet. It’s been almost 3 weeks. They advertised as 60 days return guarantee!! No response yet. Still waiting. If they don’t respond then I will have to dispute the charges.

I ordered and received the shower head
I ordered and received the shower head; however I am confused about how to use it . I do not understand if I need to buy drops separately to add to this shower head or what? ...exactly??? Therefore have not yet used it :(

Great product but additional adjustments would be nice.
So far I am enjoying the product but it’s only a week. The only concern is the angle of the shower head when it’s in the fixed position. I have a square shower that the angle of the shower head is extended to the back wall and no way to adjust it down toward the floor. I may get use to it and I really like using it as a hand held. This wouldn’t be a problem with a long shower like in a tub but is a little awkward in a short shower.

Harass customers
Harass customers . That is what Drivse does. Very manipulative company. When placing an order for the shower heads, at least 12 pop ups come up wanting you to buy additional filters. With each pop up I indicated no, just the shower heads please. Despite my continued no thank you’s, they billed me for replacement filters twice. Each time they charged my credit card 59.98. I contacted Drivse and informed them I did not order the refills. They said because they had already shipped, I would not get refunded. I strongly believed I was scammed. If you receive this review, do not order there product.

Have not been able to even use it yet. Did not fit shower holder and down really want to spend another $100 to by 2 from you.

Well I was surprised that the quality
Well I was surprised that the quality of this product is “Cheap”, given the price we paid. Filters are outrageous and when I tried getting my subscription canceled I had to do it thru PayPal. I tried to get Drives to stop it, but I kept getting crap responses. I do not see any difference in skin from my original shower head. Not worth what I paid.
