Not your B.
The shower head does not perform as advertised and is a disappointment. The added expense of the filters are not worth having this product.

After 3 weeks or so, I dropped it in shower. Cracked near the head and now sprays in unintended directions. I will retire it as soon as I find a sturdier replacement.

I haven't used it yet b/c I didn't purchase the hose at the same time. There doesn't appear to be a way to purchase the hose separately on the website.

I ordered (2)shower heads, and (2) hoses back in December. Almost (2) months later, I received (2) shower heads, and (7) hoses. I wanted to return the items that I did not order for a refund, but was told I could not return them, but was offered a 50% discount on future orders! Not acceptable, and very bad business practices. I also was just charged $59.98 to my credit card for something I did not order, don't know what it is, as I have not even received it!
