Handle shoots straight out!
I love the pressure & that I have cleaner water absorbing into my skin. What I REALLY don’t like is that instead of handle pointing down, it shoots straight out!! I can’t stand under the shower at all! It just shots straight to the back wall of the shower. I even tried getting a hook to put the handle lower in the shower, but all that does is make it hit me straight in the face!! I want it to flow over my back & shoulders, not shoot over my head or into my face!! I NEED a solution for this problem!

The filters appear larger in your advertisements and when receiving your product, they are smaller and not big enough.

The shower works great
The shower works great! The positive is you can really tell the difference in the water quality. The pressure is great but unfortunately if you have bad water the filter gets clogged fast and creates low pressure. I have had to replace the filter weekly because of this.

I want to warn everyone NOT to go to…
I want to warn everyone NOT to go to this website: Drivse.com to buy anything! This company is a100% FRAUD! They Auto Charge my credit card without my permission for subscription of each for $40 , I received this filter looked like a small paper roll worth cost 5 cents to make and they changed my credit card for $40 !!! I called my credit company immediately disputed this charge and cancelled my credit card! Also this company doesn’t have any contact # to reach out to them .

I received item with missing parts.... I keep getting monthly charges and contacted a lawyer and our credit card company. this company is unethical.

Malfunctioning Shower head.
After installing the shower head, I turned the water on and the head blew off. I have low water pressure set by a plumber. I have tried to send all back and we have had over 13 e mails back and forth with conflicting responses. One said the company would offer 50% refund. I said not enough and responded I would accept 70%. Drivse response was no and offered a 20% refund. You can't even agree in your e mails. These messages have been going on for a month. Then you sent me three new filters that I won't use. I need 100% refund on the three filters. I canceled the subscription. The products appears to be made out of cheap material from China. The company said I could return everything to the China store and gave no other address information.

Charged my account without permission…
Charged my account without permission for filters I never asked for or ordered in any way. Now they say I have to pay to ship back to China and pay restocking fee. Stay away and do not let them have your account info!
