I love the shower head. Love it! But I didn’t sign up for the filter subscription and was charged anyway. I was sure to not sign up but somehow they said I did. I was charged anyway extra $39.99 for 1 filter, the same price as the shower head. So, if you fix that part of your program you will have thousands upon thousands of customers.

They are crooks and thieves who have charged me illegally for 74.99 for something I didn’t agree to matter fact I closed it out before choosing to pay a astronomical price for the wall peice than for the shower head they refused to give me money back even though the sight says 30 day money back guarantee and I don’t have money like that so I can’t pay my bills now this is so SCREWED AND BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND I WONT HAVE ANY BANK CARD ITS SCREWED UP AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL……..

I found a charge for $39.99 on my credit card statement, I didn't order from these people! So I go to the website and get hooked up with a " chat bot"( the technician assistant) i was asked the date and amt of the charge I supplied it just to be sent to a " secure form". For $5 they'll take care of my issue!! I'm pissed what kind of company is this?? Was also asked u for i had contacted my credit card co. I said no but I'm going to now!!!
