COSTLY FILTERS …
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY RESPONSIVE. INITIALLY THE CHANGE TO THE NEW ION DROPS WAS VERY GOOD HOWEVER THE FILTER NEEDS TO BE CHANGED FREQUENTLY WHICH RESULTS IN THIS BEING A VERY COSTLY ENDEAVOR. I AM LUCKY TO GET 7-10 SHOWERS AND THEN THE WATER PRESSURE FROM THE SHOWER HEAD GREATLY DIMINISHES. REPLACING THE FILTER BRINGS THE PRESSURE BACK. AT $25 PER FILTER THAT MAKES THIS A VERY COSTLY PRODUCT!

This company Drivse has stolen money…
This company Drivse has stolen money from me. 2 of my orders I didn't receive. And I looked at my account on yesterday march 16 2026 and they went and placed and ordered on my account to send filters that I don't need and I didn't give them are no one else to permission to order. This company has stolen from me.i need a lawyer.. ASAP

Drivse enrolled me in a monthly filter without my authorization.
Drivse enrolled me in a monthly filter subscription without my authorization. When placing the original order for the shower head online, I specifically opted out of automatic replacement filter deliveries, yet this instruction appears to have been ignored. Furthermore, the support email address listed on their website is undeliverable, which makes it extremely difficult to contact the company to resolve this issue.

RECEIVED WAY MORE PRODUCT AND CHARGED…
RECEIVED WAY MORE PRODUCT AND CHARGED FOR UNITS NOT DELIEVERED. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY STATED THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO RETURN UNOPENED PACKAGES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCTS WE CLEARLY PAID FOR ON OUR PACKING INVOICE. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. STILL UNABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT SENT MISSING PRODUCTS AS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RECTIFY ISSUE. INSTEAD THEY SENT US 24 MORE FILTERS FOR A PRODUCT I CAN NOT USE.

Shipment was not delI've red after 1 month.
Shipment was not delivered after a month. Delivery service said the called me to confirm delivery and canceled the drop off. Call office of delivery service and said they would reschedule delivery but nothing happened. Also asked what was the address for the delivery replied they couldn't disclose the address. Emailed Drive Customer Support the replied I had to deal with the delivery service. I made several attempts with no success. Start a dispute claim through my credit card company. Very bad experience which left me with no faith with Drivse.

Scam subscription service with no conventional means of cancellation
I was not made aware that this was a "subscription" purchase. I received order confirmation listing a one-time charge of $59.98 for two shower heads and $119.64 for twelve filters. Over the next three months, I received monthly charges of $59.98. When attempting to email the seller following the seller's website instructions for "easy cancellation", the email address listed cannot be communicated with via standard email.
