After 2 weeks of use some of the shower pin holes started spraying sideways as if they were partially clogged. What do I do to fix this problem?

One of three showers is defective. Yesterday, I sent an email to the company. It was not answered. A second one today, and it was rejected. Because of the absence of any care for customers, I would not advise purchasing products from this company. That is why I give such a rating. The other two showers worked reasonably well, but the lack of concern about the raised issue indicates the company's total unreliability. Because of this, I would not recommend it and its products!

I like how it makes my skin feel cleaner,softer! the only disapointing part for me is that the filters don't last more than two weeks before I have to change them. there is only my wife and I! and we don't shower every day.thank you !

My order came without the connecting hose. I reported it to the online chat person and they said in order to have the hose shipped I had to pay a refundable $5.00 fee by credit card. When I typed in the card number, I got an almost instant email from my bank that they were hitting the card for $46.00 and that Drivse was a high fraud company with multiple infractions. The bank denied the payment and canceled the card to prevent any additional attempts to defraud the account.
