The big issue is that the head does not produce enough volume to wash the shampoo out of my wife’s hair. it’s like it’s just a mist on all. settings. the product is cheap plastic and can purchase this type anywhere. i tried to return the product and they said they can’t refund because it’s used. i said how do i know if it worked unless i try it. i tried many times but they will not refund. stay away from the chinese company. very disappointed.
