It's the best change I've ever done…
It's the best change I've ever done with my shower! My first shower I came out feeling so much cleaner, my hair is shinier, softer ,and my skin is very smooth without any lotion and it is amazing! I can't believe I took so long to get one but I will never go back to a regular shower again

You do not stay the price of your…
You do not stay the price of your filters when you buy the showerhead one filter cost $40 that’s $40 a month that is ridiculous. I had to go on a webpage just to find filters when ordering it doesn’t even show you filters and there is no discount. I’m very unsatisfied. I’m gonna have to try another showerhead because these the price of the filters is entirely too much.

I really like the pressure increase and…
I really like the pressure increase and so does my wife. The sight glass for visual inspection of the filter is a great idea as well. I've only had it in use a couple of weeks and the hose already broke so I'm glad I accidentally bought 2 by mistake. Also the adjustment of the holder is not really the best so I may have to find a way to fit it with a better quality hose and holder in the very near future.

Do not buy!
During sign-up, I struggled to get past signing up for recurring filters purchases. I want to try the product before I buy more. With health issues, I don't shower every day, so I should go a lot longer before needing to change filters. Then filters were auto sent anyway, and my account charged without my consent! That is fraud!!

Great product from an annoying company.
The product is great. I love the spray and the look of the system. I live in the mountains with very hard (“rusty”) well water. My first filter pretty much clogged up after two weeks. I’m on my second one now and figured out how to flush it before and after every wash to make it last longer. So the filters definitely work and the water definitely feels softer. My problem is with the entire sales process of the company. Just to make a purchase took at least half an hour. I had to watch two long, obnoxious, formulaic videos and scroll through mega-hype. And then wade through more upsell after my initial purchase. I was threatened with being double-charged if I didn’t stick through the whole post-purchase upsell presentation. And then bombarded by emails after my purchase. I even received a single subscription (?) filter two weeks later even though I had already purchased and received six months’ worth of filters. Did I sign up for a subscription? I still don’t know - everything was so overwhelming and high pressure. VERY ANNOYING and condescending. If they’ll tone it down and leave me alone I’ll probably continue to buy more filters and keep enjoying the product.

Positive and Negative
The additional pressure was the first thing my family noted and loved. The other factors, skin, hair impreovements will be forthcoming (hopefully). My only concern is that the quality of the couplings (to the hose and to the water cource) were somewhat inferior and, even with plumber's tape, they continue to show some leakage. Otherwise, this would have been a 5!
