I like the kitchen and bathroom replacement for sink and kitchen. I like the shower fixture but there is a constant drip from the shower head and can’t seem to fix it. My hair came out shiny today.

The main problem involved me assuming that their 30-day money back guarantee meant I could actually try it out. NOT! If I wanted a refund I would have to pay for return shipping of a product that I didn't get to see if it worked. When I learned this in a chat session with them THE SAME DAY, I immediately rescinded my order through the chat. However, the cancellation never got processed, even though I was corresponding with their AI auto response 3 times to tell them of this fiasco. When the package finally arrived, I never opened it and marked it 'Return to Sender'. Up until that point (at the end of the 30-day window), I hadn't received correspondence from them requesting a return mail label--which I now know they don't offer, either. Since I didn't have the warehouse address in CHINA to send it to, I just marked the UNOPENED package "RETURN TO SENDER". Since the sender on the package was someone in California, I also sent them a mail letter spelling out the situation (fiasco) that I wanted a full refund from Drivse but that they failed to meet their own 30-day deadline in responding to my case. Therefore I didn't have their warehouse address in China. Bottom line: When a company is offering a product of the same type other QUALITY companies are charging twice the cost, it's probably a poor quality product from some warehouse in China. Ugh! Drivse (a stupid name) is not a company anyone should do business with. Their customer service is poor. If they had a QUALITY product, they would stand behind it by allowing customers to use it and if not satisfied, get a full refund with shipping at THEIR expense. Who offers a shower head with a filter you can't use and still get a refund?!?!? Shady business practice.

The fell of the water difference like the water is silk I’m so refreshed I know my skin feels the difference it’s a big plus around hear finally got my money worth on a purchase 5 stars hands down

My shower head did not perform like the video. I was very dissatisfied

Quick fast delivery with communication every step of the way

The reason I went down the middle and gave it a three is because, I haven't even installed it yet, so that means I haven't used it.I can't give you an honest opinion one way or the other. I gave it a three because any shower heads is worth a three. I guess as long as it works but until I use it whenever that comes along,_ I can't get you another rating on it. Sorry!

The filter is crazy expensive. Disappointed.

I really like it… just didn’t install it correctly…. but still works…didn’t get that white tape to stop the leaking...
