I expected more nosel choices. the sensation is like a million little pricks. I have to turn down the force to stand to shower. Only wish there where more choices!

My whole family loves the water pressure and the soft spray. I like the instant off button. Somehow I received an extra shower head and insert. Did I accidentally order one? How can I send it back? Was it a free gift? Yesterday I just received my insert which I Knew I orderd.

It does not come with the attachment needed to swap out your old shower head.This thing is sold "a la carte" . Commercials and Ads are deceiving. Even the "MUST WATCH" video your obligated to watch (yes, you go through the process for ordering, then after including/processing your payment, you are stuck like chuck. They warn you, YOU HAVE TO WAIL UNTIL YOUVE SEEN THE ENTIRE VIDEO, they also warn you if you go back to the beginning your credit card could be charged twice, they let you know you DEFINITELY need to purchase filters (at a ridiculous price). All a BAIT and BAIT you are suckered into.

What I dislike is they keep sending filters. I have enough for a couple of years. You can’t reach them to stop. The shower head is ok, but I wish it had a small hard flow setting. The one it has is not narrow enough. I will say that the filter is nasty when you replace them so it’s working.
