CS was so kind to me when we were resolving my address issue. I messaged with 3 or 4 service techs, and they were all so kind. I finally realized what I can do in the future to prevent shipping delays. I am deeply grateful for their patience and kindness.

Very disappointed with this company and the quality of their products. My shower head cracked after only a few months of normal use, and despite this obvious defect, they refuse to replace it. On top of that, when I placed my order, I ordered only 3 replacement filters, but they sent and charged me for 6 expensive filters instead. Now I’m stuck with extra filters that I paid for, but can no longer even use because the shower head is defective. The customer service has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful. I expected much better support and product quality for the price paid. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. May 26 after they answered here They tell us to contact them but they block my email address !!!! Wrote after they answered here !!

I have pretty sensitive skin so strong water pressure usually annoys me. Somehow this feels powerful but still comfortable which surprised me. I can even rinse my face under it without flinching. That almost never happens for me.

Total scam artists with false, deceitful advertising marketing that Drivse should be having a lawsuit for. 1st, they advertise $19.99/each when you order 3 ionDrop2.0. At the very end once you put your credit card in already, they tell you you must purchase the hose/install kit for each shower head at more then double the price. 2nd, the advertising marketing is totally deceitful and false, again. As the marketing advertisement shows bad original Ion Drop, and new Ion Drop 2.0 with many improvements. Although they end up shipping you the old Ion Drop. 3rd, once you address it, they refuse to own up to the truth, deny, and try to make you a dummy that it's your fault. They to not take any ownership responsibility for the false marketing advertisement, and for SCAMMING you. They want me to pay for shipping back what i DIDN'T order, and they refuse my 4th escalation requests as they just continue to repeat the same garbage. I have provided them with most fair resolution even though they lie, deceive and scam people. I provided the 3 following options: 1 - pay for me shipping the product back; 2 - ship my the official marketing advertised Ion Drop2.0 with appropriate kits; or just give me full refund without return. Nothing is being owned up and NO responsibility is taken for the scamming deceit, as well as refuse to escalate.

Stop using cheap plastic to make these shower heads . They keep cracking and leaking , if this one breaks it will be the last one I ever buy from you .
