their product is sub par but that's not the worst of it. they sign you up for a monthly renewal prescription without you even knowing it until you see that they are sucking your bank account dry for a replacement filter every month. terribly unethical company that is literally stealing $40 from every customer that buys their crappy shower head. you can get much better showerheads on amazon for 25 bucks and they wont attempt to fleece your bank account every month. would NEVER recommend! Update: they refunded my auto withdrawal for the subscription service I never asked for. The reality is, I bought a shower head for $40 and one month later, they sent me a free filter, that i didn't ask for (with a charge for $39.98 followed by a refund for 39.98). they did cancel my "subscription" after an email was sent. I can't recommend them because I am quite sure that they are still auto enrolling all customers who place an order for their shower heads, for filter renewal subscriptions every month, without their knowledge or consent. it sucks when companies treat you like you are nothing more than a miniscule amount of their bottomline (a dollar bill). a good company will treat you like the leader of nations, respect your time, and bend over backwards to not only see you happy, but willing to accept feedback and make the necessary changes to be transparent and fair to the people that make that business successful. I dont believe this company will ever do that. best of luck if you choose not to heed my warning.
