The shower head is much improved over the standard one supplied by the plumber .Very easy to install with basic tools .

I love the shower head itself. But, y'all stuck me with two filters at $35 a piece that's $70. That I did not order. I've tried repeatedly to get my money back and send your stuff back but you refuse to work with me. So your customer service sucks. I'm on disability. $70 means a whole lot to me. Especially when I did not order something and you use my card without my permission on those two items. Have a blessed day

Cheap plastic - I've been trying to return the product, (which they claim is so easy), and of course they have a way to block your email and they don't provide a phone number - BIG SCAM

we received it today, took it out of box and it has no pressure. Wife cannot get soap out of hair took the restrictor out. Still very bad pressure called the company. They said since we hooked it up, there was no return. You can only return it if it was bad workmanship I wish I could give it less than one took it off, threw it in the trash.
