Great Customer Service
I received my shower heads and did not know the connector was not in the box. The company was wonderful and refunded me my money. I did not want that, but they did so anyways. Fantastic customer service by the way. I then just ordered the hose, so I am still excited to take a shower. Where I live the water is hard and this will be a game changer for me once the connector gets here. thank you for being helpful. I look forward to writing a review once I have had my first shower or so.
