arolina the supervisor was amazing and her employee. she was such a great supervisor she didn’t want all the recognition. she said that it takes a team to run this company. I believe she is the sweetest lady in the rental car business I will be back to see her l. she gained a frequent customer now

I didn't know what expect because it was my first time renting a car from Drivo Rent A Car. But now I'm leaving a five star review. The customer service was great both when I picked up the car and called to extend the rental. The car was clean and perfect for my vacation. I was a little concerned when I called and explained that my flight was at 7:30 am and had to return the car by 5:00 am and wasn't sure how to get to the airport. The representative assured me that the shuttle would bring me there, just to call the number. And sure enough the shuttle was available! Not only that but the shuttle driver was really nice. I will definitely be renting from Drivo for my next trip! Confirmation Number: LGA-63793
