The uffle experience.... I arrived to the La Guardia Terminal A , calle then for shuttle transportation, wait 15 minutes, nobody show up for pick up. Then call back, they put me on hold, and at the same time a driver from Enterprise (competitors) offered himself to take me to their location. He was my shuttle transportation, not Drivo or ACE Car Rental. At my arrival their greeting -welcome message was that my car reservation will take 30-40 minutes because they do have cars ready because of the high demand... So I booked a car reservation for a car that was not available. That's poor service and lying to customers.

Highway robbery. What was meant to be a $170 rental for 24 hours ended up being $275, with all the fees. Returned the car late just by 30mins and they charged me a 2-hour late fee. Paid a $500 security deposit, ended up only getting $415 back (for whatever reason I have no idea). Terrible. Long wait times at the center to even pick up a car

The rudeness from almost everyone in the pickup area for the vehicle was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in a car rental facility. Getting to the tram to get picked up took at least 45 minutes to pick up itself took another 30 minutes, and by the time I drove away I was in the car rental facility at least 1 hour. The absolute worst! If there was an option for zero Stars that would be even better!

RA#LGA-64462 Everyone was very attentive I was able to upgrade to a bigger car 🚘 for $65.00 for 8 days recommended by Carolina Mendez great deal, I’ve been renting from them though Priceline, for over 8 years but found out I could book direct from them. I will definitely use them again great prices Thank you! 🙏 for your service. highly recommend!

Timely check in and out. However, they provided a vehicle one class lower than booked. Calling customer service was not a positive experience at all. No help or adjustments to compensate the discrepancy. I’ll use another rental company the next time around

Everything from pickup at airport until rental many hidden fees only one person to service waited over 49 minutes on line for rental to go back & forth about why declining insurance unprofessional NEVER again

Worst rental car company ever! They overcharge customers and they make you buy coverage even if you are already insured. Their employees are mannerless and make fun of customers in their native language, does racial comments as well. Big No No!

Scam artist they charged me for insurance fees that I did not elect they will not reimburse them they insist that I accepted it and I definitely did not because I have great car insurance it’s not necessary. Stay away!!!!
