DRIVO is the easiest way to rent a car while traveling that I’ve used. Easy to book. Easy to take the shuttle and it’s the closest to LaGuardia airport as well. This week is took less than 15 minutes from start to finish! Will be using again in 6 weeks! (WDR00083D1)

Rental agreement: JFK-150029. My experience went very well. We were checked in by Diana and then we were helped by Diyors after returning our car. Both employees were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything. Would rent again from this company!

This is my second time renting with Drivio the young lady Nigora at the counter is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Drivio is my go to rental company it’s always a smooth process from pick up to drop off. The cars have always been clean and the tank full! I was charged a significant drop-off fee that was never mentioned at pickup. I asked about returning the car to a different location and was told it was fine—no fee was brought up. After I raised the issue, the company reviewed video footage and confirmed their agent didn’t disclose it. Still, they refused to refund me. That alone says a lot. Other concerns: • The reserved car wasn’t available at pickup, and I was charged more for a different one with no real alternatives. • I was required to link my personal insurance through a third-party app, which felt excessive. • Call center Customer service interactions showed a lack of LGBTQ+ inclusivity and training. The experience overall felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. I’ve filed a formal complaint and disputed the charge. Would recommend others proceed with caution.

This was my first time ever to rent from ACE. The overall experience was amazing. I will defilingly recommend ACE to all my friends and family. The most impressive part of my experience was, when I was returning the car. I had an issue with the insurance company I chose when booking the car, but at my drop, the manager came out and take her time and explain everything to. So I left as a very happy customer. I was able to book online super easy and when I went to pick it up, everything was ready . Just had to sign and on my way …def recommend them. Been using them since February and haven’t went to any other rental.
