Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unjust Damage Charges and Poor Communication I rented a Toyota Corolla from this company on May 15, 2025, and returned it early the next morning in the same condition, with a full gas tank. A few days later, I was shocked to receive a $200 damage charge for scratches that were clearly pre-existing. Even worse, I later received an email from a third-party claims company demanding $2,824.76 for the same damage. I immediately disputed the charge, providing time- and location-stamped photos showing that the scratches were present when I picked up the car. The company only provided photos taken after the return. Strangely, they did not include any photos from the time of pick-up that show the sides of the car—making it impossible to compare or verify the vehicle’s condition using their own documentation. I also noted that their inspection didn’t take place until over 16 hours after the car was returned, which raises serious concerns about how they handle damage claims. Despite my detailed dispute and clear evidence, I received no reply—just a much larger bill from a different company. The lack of transparency, delayed inspection process, and refusal to acknowledge evidence is deeply frustrating and feels deceptive. I should not be held responsible for damage I didn’t cause, and certainly not ignored after raising valid concerns. I strongly urge others to take your own detailed photos and be extremely cautious when renting from this company.

I like the cars availability and types of car options.. however I was charged for car insurance, while I already have insurance. I've called and express my frustrations, and ask for reversal on the matter. But supervisor kept expanding and repeating the same gibberish, of how I may have purchased it. I've tried to reason with this person , but kept getting the same answers that was written on paper. I've ask to speak to a manager . But was told he was a supervisor. When I ask for his manager , he said there wasn't one available. I asking to have his manager give me a call, but he kept persisting that I would have to call back. Ive rented vehicles regularly, since I have family almost over the the states. And have never went through such frustration until this rental company.. I'll be sure to not rent from them ever

The shuttle was quick and the shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. The rep at the counter was efficient and even gave us an upgrade! When I accidentally damaged the car, the process was smooth and easy, which made an otherwise stressful situation so much better to handle. Affordable too!

When I booked my car online it stated unlimited mileage. However, when I went to pick up the car I was told the unlimited mileage was only for certain states. Two of the states I was traveling to were not included. They quickly showed me yhe list included and those that were "discounted".I was charged a $25 per day penalty for the entire length of the trip even for the states that were included. It should have been stated online that there were restrictions not after you get there and have no choice but to take their car. I will not use this company again.

GREAT experience. I questioned the price at first and had to make sure they were legitimate, but they were!! The shuttle drivers were helpful and careful. Pick up was easy at the JFK location. Car was beautiful and clean! Return process was SUPER easy. I even got a bonus day for free!! Who does that?! Will definitely be renting again. JFK-150680
