Don’t rent cars with this company they will rob you and they will offer you a certain price when booking and than once your done and return the car , they will add additional charges, tolls and etc. After I had orginally picked up the first car and it had a messed up tired and was given another car to use. I should have returned from the beginning

I had a last minute trip and booked my car when I landed. The shuttle took a bit but once there they were quick and got me in my car within 10 minutes. I also returned the car a day early and received a reimbursement. I'll be using this service next time I fly in. GBS17381491

They are scammers I declined taking their insurance and then they turn around and charge me for it

Horrible experience using Driveo at Newark Airport. Provided auto insurance ahead of time (its own complicated and time-consuming process) but was later charged for their coverage I had NO idea they signed me up for. Person behind the counter basically grunted at me to sign blank screens. Duplicitous and gross. Won’t use them again.

Everything was good no last minute surprises every body was helpful
