First, let me say the people working at the office location were spot on. got me out with my car in about 5 minutes. that part worked great! the problem was getting to the office from Newark Airport. the email from booking.com had the incorrect directions to the pickup point for the shuttle. when I arrived and called for a pickup, it took 10 minutes on hold before someone spoke to me. he then told me I was in the wrong place and told me where the correct location was (opposite end of the airport). when I arrived at the new location and called again for a pickup, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes! I never spoke to anyone!! I happened to look outside and a shuttle pulled up. thankfully, we were able to squeeze on. I would not rent from this location again. it’s too difficult getting the car.

Great prices. Customer service is excellent. I ONLY rent cars from Drivo rent a car when I'm in NY/NJ areas because they have huge fleet to choose from and they provide the best bang for your buck.

From car pick up to drop off. The experience was painless . Great staff and shuttle driver. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Horrible experience waited for 2 hours for a dirty rental and while there several people returned broken down cars one on a tow truck.
