Great experience very professional staff.

Rental EWR -150134 The crew got me picked up from the airport late at night and in a rental car faster than I could have wished for. The return process was easy as well. I will be returning and recommending. Don’t be daunted by the offsite location. They will take care of you.

1-It took forever for them to pick up the phone and talk to someone in order to request the shuttle service from the airport. 2- Place is old, dirty and looks wear down, no water bottle and the restroom are dirty. 3- First car i was given was in bad condition, it smelled to cigarettes and humid, it has trash in the floor and the side door did not properly opened. 4- They charged me for the fuel, when in fact i returned the car with the same exact amount they gave it to me, it took forever again to get a hold of someone on the phone to speak with. 5- Shuttle service driver back to the airport was rude and reckless driving, they slammed the door, no courtesy at all and forget about any conversation or asking for directions. I did not like this company, next time will rent from someone else.

Didn’t like their customer service, they could be a bit more attentive to listening instead of trying to make a sale. Ended up being double billed for insurance. Enjoyed the vehicle and Shuttle service was great.

We got brand new Toyota Corolla on time. Representative was very nice and professional. I left my physical credit card at home 20 min away from rentals and he held our car for us while I picked the card. Car was clean. Basically everything I expected was fulfilled. Thank you! POV17470052
