The Agent- Denise Munson was great in our conversation. She was able to answer all of my questions and truly understood the items that were most important to me dealing with superb warranty coverage. I felt valued as a customer and that all of my needs were being met. I will continue to do business with this company and recommend others.

I’m very frustrated! Since starting a contract in May of 2022 I filed at least two claims & they were denied. I was then told I was sold the wrong contract so the customer service representative told me I would be sent a rewritten contract & I never received the contract. After not receiving it I continued to contact the company with the answer you’ll received the new contract in the mail soon, after about two months I still hadn’t received the contract in the mail. Once contacting the company again & being told the same thing & still didn’t received the rewritten contract I decided to cancel my contract completely with the understanding I would get a refund of the monthly payments I made I was then told I needed to put in writing why I wanted to cancel my contract & have it notarized then mailed to the company. After doing so & going to get the letter notarized & contacting the company once again, was told by the representative they were waiving the notary & to just mail the letter. That was in August of 2022 & I have yet to receive my refund, it’s been 7 & a half months & I’ve received nothing! Every time I contact the company inquiring about my refund I get told your refund check hasn’t been mailed out yet because the department that handles the refunds has been backed up do to the pandemic but your refund will be mailed out to you. So here we are 8 months later with the same answers we haven’t gotten to your refund yet. I asked to speak with a supervisor & was told they would put in a request for a supervisor to contact me & I have yet to be contacted! Also I was told that I’m not receiving a refund of my monies & was told I owe them money so I won’t be getting any money back from them. I’m frustrated with this process & this company. I’ve made all my payments every month on time & I’m being subjected to this inconvenience of receiving my monies back, this is just ridiculous having to wait this long & still not receiving anything! This company is a complete SCAM!!! This is very poor & bad business practices & some of the customer service representatives are very rude! FRUAD ALERT!! Do not purchase a extended warranty from this crooked company!! By the way don’t be fooled by some of the positive reviews…they’re FAKE!!! This company should be ASHAMED of themselves for stealing consumers money!!!

Driversmart stole money and will not refund my money! They also backed down on paying for repairs, rental car, and also paid a percentage of an oil change. Total rip off.
