TO ALL THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A WARRENTY COMPANY, PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They would not cover my repair on car because I couldn't find all my oil changes. I canceled in February 2026. They will not return phone calls. Am still being billed for my policy from the company they have that handles the monthly payment side( LINE 5). They took money out in April and they keep calling and texting me for payments even though they knew I canceled this policy in February. Have also sent a letter to ther headquarters but have not hered back.

Rubbish doesn't work. I cannot connect with my phone. Motability becoming a joke

Drive Smart warranty quickly took my money ( FULL PAYMENT -$3,100) and issued the warranty. I had NO claims! The warranty was on a 2022 Subaru. I cancelled my warranty on September 23, 2005 after selling the vehicle. After writing a formal letter requesting the cancellation and notification from Drive Smart that my coverage was cancelled on 10/1/2025. This notification went to the lending institution-that financed the loan and myself. Now after 8 weeks NO REFUND! They are holding $2,600+ balance of my payment while I continue to pay the loan company monthly. I contacted the loan company and have requested the refund and have gotten nothing but a run around! Tried to contact Drive Smart - the phone numbers they provide on their website and google searches are: (1-888-578-3711) and (1-888-980-0770) for customer service! BOTH THESE NUMBERS are direct to customer service at the loan company! I am paying monthly to the loan company (required to not default on my loan) while not receiving services by this dishonest company holding my refund!!

Am făcut o rezervare pentru un Renault Arkana sau similar, așteptându-mă la un SUV de clasă compactă-coupé, cu un nivel decent de confort și spațiu. La sosire, însă, am primit un Volkswagen Taigo, o mașină vizibil mai mică și mai puțin spațioasă, care nu se poate încadra realist în aceeași gamă cu Arkana. Deși înțeleg că politica „sau similar” permite o anumită flexibilitate, diferența de clasă și echipare este semnificativă — Arkana este un SUV compact de peste 4,5 m lungime, iar Taigo este mai degrabă un crossover subcompact, cu un nivel inferior de confort și portbagaj mai mic. Am solicitat, politicos, o mașină dintr-o gamă apropiată de cea rezervată sau măcar posibilitatea de a face un upgrade plătit, însă mi s-a spus că nu există nicio altă opțiune disponibilă, nici măcar contra cost. Practic, am fost nevoit să accept o mașină clar sub nivelul rezervării fără alternativă reală. Serviciul de predare și personalul au fost corecți și rapizi, dar experiența generală a fost dezamăgitoare pentru o companie care ar trebui să respecte mai strict categoria rezervată. În concluzie, 2 stele: una pentru amabilitatea personalului, una pentru faptul că mașina era curată și în stare bună, dar minus 3 pentru lipsa echivalenței și a flexibilității.

I’m extremely disappointed in DriveSmart’s handling of my refund request. I submitted the request in January and was told in May that my refund—$XXXX.XX—had been calculated and was awaiting a mail-out date. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. I work in finance, and I regularly handle refunds and customer payments. Delays of this length are simply unheard of in any reputable company. Not only is the process inefficient, but there’s also been a complete lack of accountability and transparency. What’s worse—there’s no phone number to reach this department, no supervisor available, and no escalation process. All communications have stopped, and I still haven’t received my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Customer trust is earned through action and integrity—and sadly, this experience has shown me neither.

I just signed up with them yesterday and made my payment and trying to get ahold of them is very difficult. Red Flag. So, after multiple attempts of trying to reach them they finally called be back. If its this hard to get ahold of them now just imagine if you were broken down on the side of the road to get ahold of them. There is also other reviews from customers putting in a claim for repairs and they would slow walk the claim and try to find ways of getting out of paying the claim by putting the blame on customers. BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS.

Never responded to any of my calls or emails. They keep saying they have a high volume of calls and say they will get back to me but never do! I have been trying for 3 days now and want some answers!!
