This company will lie to you about taking you off the list and then lie about their names. Darlene Russo transfered me to a "Steve Bernard." I call back after Steve hung up on me and I called back and "Steve" admitted to using a fake name and then said his name was John Evans but who knows

They have finally issued a pending cancellation. I have been trying to cancel this policy for at least 30 plus days. Stay away from this company. Customer service is not nice at all and they try to bad mouth other companies if you want to cancel and go to another company.

The person that helped us was very kind and just made it a better conversation.

It's hard to find people who really like there job .without someone acting like you bothering him cuz you're asking questions but he was great and I enjoy talking to him

I have to say I think all the 5 star reviews are fake. We have had nothing but issues. Nobody will help with claims. They charged us more than they claimed it would be monthly. We tried to cancel since September and they keep trying to get money from us. They refuse to cancel our service. They have witches answering the phones. Every person we have talked to except 1 has been nothing but nasty and mean and refuses to help and keep lying and giving us the run around. We call and ask for a supervisor, 3-4 times now and nobody is ever there and never leave a note when they say they will for someone to call us back. They keep charging for service for 45 days after they get a letter for cancellation(which is stupid and ignorant) so they can keep stealing your money and make you pay them more. Never would recommend them to anyone. Do not buy their service. They are a joke and theifs. We pay line five through drivesmart. Line 5 is sweet and have never done us wrong and said drive smart is just playing games and it shouldn’t take 45 days to cancel and that all they need is the check from drive smart to cancel. I have no good words for drive smart. Awful people who want money and nothing else.
