They lie about everything a Rated…
They lie about everything a Rated company, they are afraid a company 5 star They are actually a one star They just lie about everything. I'm glad I found that out early in my beginnings. Some people as I read. Was it entered for a year? Sorry to hear that fellows. Maybe you could try. Cancel payments for your check an account of credit cards if fraud like I did.

SCAM
SCAM, SCAM!! I wish I could leave no stars!! Company went bankrupt and no one has answers to why I will not receive my refund … just oh sorry … I know punctuation is not correct but I am just upset I am out my 2510 and now have no vehicle bc I can not afford the 1000 out of it will cost to fix my water pump!

Total scam, service exists to charge you money while making it as much of ordeal as humanly possible to cancel.

I purchase a warranty over a year ago…
I purchased a warranty over a year ago and cancelled it almost a year ago. To this day I've yet to receive my refund. They claimed they were finally sending me a prorated check last month only for the check to never arrive because it wasn't addressed to me or anyone. Just a random zip code, I have proof of this from the post office. Denise claimed that must've been a check from someone else and there's no way her company would do such a thing. She couldn't answer the question as to how that happened and if they received the "check" back, granted tracking says the item was returned to sender. She also had this attitude as if I owe her money or that I've been lying about my poor experience with this shady company. Since they've taken up so much of my time and continue to fail at providing me a refund. I'll be starting a class action lawsuit with everyone that's left a review here and anywhere else I can find because there's clearly a pattern. I'll be contacting my attorney general and the one in Jersey next week. The time contacting them isn't worth it. I'll update my review or add another one with contact details regarding the class action suit.

Rude customer service representative
Called about coverage,whomever I spoke to(no name given),was the rudest person. When asked why a certain job done on my car was not covered she said"Its not covered" Again when I asked why,she said Have a nice day",and proceeded to hang up. Unacceptable behavior for customer service
