This is so confusing to leave a review, but I’m going to because I feel absolutely bad. I wanted to get the warranty for my car for my 2015 Kia Sportage only to find out after saying yeah I want it. Yes I’ll get it. Yes I’ll do it that I can’t do it and it was back-and-forth for me and the person that I was dealing with which was Alyssa Schmidt. I feel terrible because we had an instant connection on the phone. She was very personable and I could tell she was a happy lucky person which rubbed off on me and we laughed. We talked and I was confident about the warranty on getting it only to find out from my financial consultant that I couldn’t afford it if I was to survive the month for food gas necessities needed. I wasn’t able to get the warranty. I feel confident hopefully in the future months maybe I’ll be able to get it if possible if not, then I guess that’s the God‘s telling me I blew it , I just wanna pay Alyssa kudos for her time with me on the phone and helping me with what she could. She’s an awesome individual and I am sorry that I couldn’t go through.

This company will not let me cancel my account. Told me to wait till I got my hand book. My hand book had someone else's policy. A person from GA. I've called several times. No help. Why can't I cancel this . Very bad business. They tell me I have to talk to the person who gave me this account. But he's nowhere. Bad company.

Always on time with payment. The one time I asked for a hardship matter, kept being hassled about a payment that was forgiven for (not one call but four calls about the same matter. Need a better system to keep from calling customer over and over.

This company by far made my experience buying my dream truck at Grapevine Ford, Tx literally a dream come true. Not only did they finance the actual warranty they financed the whole process so the consumer is protected during and after the purchase process thank you so much drive smart warranty I couldn't done it without you.
