I’ve been trying to request information for a week on what materials is the refill that goes in the copper car freshener made of. It feels like plastic, but what type? I want to check whether it degrades and releases harmful chemicals. Due to the fact that the chatbot can’t provide an answer and customer services are deliberately misunderstanding me, it cannot be favourable. I will be cancelling my subscription and hope it’s not as tricky as the reviews show! :(

Complete scam - they sneakily sign you up to a subscription service and even when I unsubscribed they still charged me

Misleading auto subscribe - watch out! Bought one to try and it was ok. However Drift are very misleading as they sign you up to a subscription without your permission. You are then charged and sent another without actually ordering it. When you go onto your 'account' its very difficult to even find information about unsubbing and impossible to actually unsubscribe. I have emailed their help desk.

I have received the product since I have written this review and it is surprisingly good! Fabulous design and smell. Seems it came from the US hence the long arrival time.

If you purchase on their website, you are automatically being subscribed for a new purchase every month without any kind of clear opt-in. Cancelling that subscription is very complicated on their website. Very shady techniques that completely put me off their products even though, they re products are ok and I do like the form factor with the magnet. Hence why I gave it 2 stars.

Fiasco! Seems everyone gets treated poorly, I know I have. After waiting a considerable period for delivery I contacted this shoddy firm to cancel the order and request a refund. I was told that my order was about to be dispatched in the next 24hours, completely ignoring my cancellation request. I replied saying I no longer wanted their product and that I was looking to terminate the transaction. Today I've been told the dispatch is now too far along in the process to be cancelled. Utter bullshit. If the delivery ever occurs I'll be returning it for an immediate refund. I advise no one to use this scamsite two bit useless lying firm.
