Purchased a couple of car fresheners - wooden blocks with a magnet in the back which attaches to a piece of metal which slips over the sun visor in your car. Looks good, smells okay (but really no discernible difference to cheaper ‘card’ fresheners). Like many others report, it took ages (3 weeks) post order to arrive. Only after using the tracking link did i discover this is because it comes from the US to the UK. Wouldn’t have ordered if that had been more apparent, just due to the shipping time. Didn’t sign up to subscription but rather paid ‘one off’ cost (screen snipped ‘just in case’).

Scammers I purchased a “one time “ purchase and these scumbags think they can just auto ship and charge your card I’ve submitted a fraud report to my bank and will have the charge reversed this is theft and a poor way to do business these shitbags have no morals

I bought the product as a stocking filler with no intention of getting a subscription however, as soon as the money left my account a month after purchase, I understood what I had signed up for unknowingly. Anyway, just spent 45 minutes trying to cancel the subscription to no avail! This is infuriating!

Terrible company - cancel subscription button doesn’t work, they dont set up direct debit and just debit your card next month without you knowing it. Not clear when making the first payment that this is a subscription.

Scammed into a subscription. Then when you click through to cancel it, the website just whirrs away and does not ever accept the cancellation. They have sent two additional orders (£20) we never asked for. Essentially fraud. If this happens to you you may need to cancel the subscription at the bank or PayPal

I ordered once without any subscription and they put me on subscription why would I order 2 month of product every month! Scammers

Haha, well you got me, I bought two of these things to try, let's call it learning money. So if you order it will take weeks to arrive, more than an actual product lasts. Basically the scent dissappeared withing a week. Stick with Jelly Belly, that's the best so far.

Wanted to buy car parfume for my husband. Made one time purchase, but was signed for monthly subscription. Website is terrible, not able to cancel it. Customer service sucks, have not received any response.
