They sign you up for a subscription without really telling you that, and then make it difficult to cancel. DO NOT PURCHASE.

This is a scam Don’t order from this company unless you are prepared to have an ongoing monthly subscription, which there doesn’t appear to anyway of cancelling

Bought a couple of products but they signed me up to a subscription service without my knowledge. I have tried to use their website to cancel but the page doesn’t respond. I have contacted customer service and no response. Have had to contact my bank to cancel transactions. Do not buy from this company, a definite scam despite the product being reasonable.

I bought one diffuser for my car to try. I actually loved the product, HOWEVER: they had signed me up for a subscription without knowing (I didn't even have an account with them!). I tried sending a request through their contact form the day I noticed the charge (1 week ago) and didn't hear back. I made an account, but cannot view my orders (the order page doesn't work), but managed after a lot of digging to cancel my subscription on the website and found a contact email. They responded to my email but didn't answer my questions (How can I view or return the "subscription" order, how did I even sign up for a subscription?) HORRIBLE customer service. I am hoping I will be able to refuse the delivery, and if not will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Tried to cancel subscription by email, with no response. Tried on the website, which just left me with the waiting wheel turning and did t cancel. Emailed again to the email the website says to contact regarding subscription - still no response 4 days later. Requested refund, no response. Absolutely avoid!

Another one that tried the product. Spent 45 minutes sneezing and puffy eyed. Only to have another 2 sent to me on a subscription I dint know I had signed up to.

Smelt like I set off a bug bomb in my car, I was sneezing uncontrollably and I still can’t get the stench out. I was going to write it off as a bad experience then I got an email that I’d been charged a second time in some Scam of a Subscription that I didn’t agree to. I contacted them about their refund and return policy and was basically told it’s not their problem. Contacted my credit card company and was reimbursed immediately so I suggest you do that same if this has happened to you.

I thought I would trial drift air fresheners in my car, unbeknown to me I had apparently signed up for a subscription the only way I found out was when a payment was taken off my card without my knowledge, so please be careful. Moving on to the product the smell at first is good, but after 1 week the aroma disappeared. Not worth the money in my opinion.
