Trying to cancel a subscription I didn't actively sign up for and it won't process, they try on every step try stop you from cancelling

Good product but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a scam business structure. I placed my initial order in October and to my surprise was just charged on a recurring subscription! Good thing I look at my bank account regularly!! I did not give my permission to put me on a subscription! I sent multiple emails today trying to get ahold of someone and trying to get some help with this. I had very little to ZERO customer service via the responses I did receive. And now I am still yet to get a response. The responses were quick at first and now have disappeared! I DONT CARE HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT IS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM UNLESS YOU WANT UNWANTED RECURRING PAYMENTS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!

Scammers & Thieves. They will auto-subscribe you without your permission. You think you are ordering a single product but will be charged every month until you realise and complain. You will then contact them and they will say it's your fault for not realising they were conning you. Beware!

Horrible smell, along with a surprise subscription - avoid this company

Ordered once 6+ months ago and ensured that I immediately cancelled any "subscription" since they used to make it apparent that's what they were. Ordered again recently and found ZERO place indicating that I'd signed up for a subscription so I figured they were finally just selling them standalone. I end up getting an email a couple days ago saying that I have an upcoming order but shocker! I can't find ANY details when logged into my account showing that I ever agreed to sign up for a sub nor do I find a place to cancel it. I had to start a chat with their AI bot (for the love of christ..can't these newer businesses HIRE people to provide customer service? If you can't provide that you dont need to be in business) If the company reads these reviews---here's a bit of advice. You're not a software company. You sell household products. Let people buy products if/when they need them. Not everything needs to be a damned subscription. Oh and also, dont think I didnt notice how when you go through an order you're no longer even prompted or reminded that your'e signing up anymore like you used to be. You're just asking for chargebacks and other issues.

Started a subscription without any form of actually telling me, it's a total scam

another example of fantastic marketing and crap product. 1. When it got delivered I opened the wood block up and it STANK. Really unpleasant and overpowering smell. I cut my losses and threw it in the outside bin. 2. Got stung for another £9.99 a month later and realised I had been tricked into a subscription! Blood levels rose. 3. When I signed in to unsubscribe, the loading sign just goes round and round and doesn’t register. Now it’s gone from buying a crap product to a pisstake. I’ve now got to send emails/call them so they can cancel the bloody thing. Fantastic Marketing, Terrible product, worse business practices.
