I don't usually leave reviews but this company has been literally impossible to deal with. When you order its a subscription and I had no idea. They have no contact info on their webpage that I could find and you the website says their policy is to not return subscription orders. This is just a terrible way to run a business and shady money grab.

Also hoodwinked into the monthly subscription. I would never agree to a £14 monthly subscription for a car freshener?! Please, in this economy! Not to mention that it does not perform well. An absolute con for the price. Smell is overpowering for the first few days, pleasant for under 5 then non existent. Do not waste your money

As others have said, nice product but you are signed up unknowingly to a subscription service which, despite Drift's claims, you cannot cancel as you go through the various pages but the system fails before cancellation is confirmed. I had to contact my card provider to block future payments to them.

I purchased from Drift for the first time about a month ago. I really liked the product and the scents, so overall I was satisfied. HOWEVER, that was until the following month that I realized they automatically (and unknowingly) signed me up for a subscription service that would re-order and charge me every month. That is a TERRIBLE business model and now an otherwise satisfied customer I will never order from them again.

I've tried several air fresheners from Drift, and overall I'm really impressed. I went with the wood car freshener, and my favourite by far is the Amber scent. It lasted a month and a half and smelled great the whole time. I've also tried Pine and Grove, both of which smelled lovely and lasted about three weeks each. The only one that didn't quite hit the mark was Cabana; its scent was weaker and only lasted about a week at best. While l've seen plenty of one-star reviews online, my experience has been quite the opposite. Everything l've tried has been high quality, so I don't really understand the criticism. When I purchased about six months ago through an Instagram advert, the subscription details were made very clear upfront. They're also easy to find and manage through your account on Drift's website, so there were no surprises. Cancelling was just as straightforward. While I don’t think the option to cancel directly on the site was working, I emailed their support team and spoke to Sunny, who was incredibly helpful. They replied within a day and cancelled my subscription without any hassle or questions. One thing l've been especially impressed with is the magnet. It hasn't come off once, which is fantastic considering my car has very stiff suspension! I was a customer for several months, and I can confidently say this company is legit. No scams or shady practices that l've encountered. I plan to subscribe again soon. And just to be clear, I haven't been paid or asked to write this review. This is simply my honest opinion based on personal experience. If you're looking for quality air fresheners with great scents that last longer than other brands, I think Drift is a solid choice. :)
