Horrible transparency. They charged my card without authorization, claiming that they sent an email 3 days prior to charging so that I could “make changes to my order.” I never received that email. I also had difficulty cancelling my subscription due to their website (not my internet connection) being unable to load. No contact number listed. All I could do was send an email to cancel the order. By the time they responded to my email, they stated that it was too far in the shipping process to be cancelled.

Drift is a huge scam. Even if you select one time purchase, they will sign you up for a subscription, keep your payment details and you will be purchasing from them every month. You then try to cancel the subscription only to be met with endless loading screens. You then go to the help centre looking for customer service email or phone number, but you won't find it anywhere and when you finally get in touch, they will give you instructions on how to cancel the subscription which leads you to an endless loading screen. Avoid this scam site. Drift needs to be audited and shut down.

Don't refund and kept me subscribed against my will. FRAUD, STAY AWAY.

Fraudulent company, do not order from here. They are overscented wood blocks with a magnet in them, they auto-sign you up for a subscription when you dont agree to it, and the webpage is broken and refuses to let you cancel it.

Can’t cancel the subscription, the webpage will just time out. Product is awful, such a strong smell I gave it away. Fuming to realize they are sending more that I can’t return.

Product is nice. However this is a subscription service that is not completely disclosed up front. Website freezes when you attempt to cancel the subscription. No phones numbers to contact anyone. Can’t even change the delivery frequency so that I can stop monthly deliveries until this gets worked out.

Total SCAM - I paid for a ONE TIME purchase at the ONE TIME price and I was signed up for a subscription every month. The "Cancel Subscription" button conveniently does not work and there is no direct contact info. I have to call my credit card to cancel it.

Scam scam scam! They inadvertently sign you up to a monthly subscription. The cancellation page on their website also does not work.
