Terrible. Don’t even go there. I was automatically subscribed without clear consent and then found it impossible to cancel. There is no visible email address or phone number for customer support. When I tried to cancel through their website, the cancellation page repeatedly froze and would not load. I ended up having to cancel my bank card.

I never signed up for a subscription just a one time purchase and a month later they have taken another £25. Trying to get hold of him is an absolute nightmare and their so-called amazing website with easily subscription cancellation doesn’t work when you want to actually cancel the subscription.

The first order arrived damaged. When I purchased I was sure it was a one off order, I think these trick subscription services are a con and a waste of money, really puts customers off a brand, even if the product is good. I've tried to cancel this multiple times this morning and surprise surpirse, it never actually cancels. Makes you doubt a brand even further. Its a shame really as I liked the scent and the way it looked, but do not like to feel scammed

Scam, they automatically take money from your account on a monthly subscription even though they tell you you haven’t subscribed. Having to go through my bank to reclaim money and try to stop them taking further payments.

Started off very pleased with the large order I had initially placed for a variety of scents to try and set them all to the lowest output. It went downhill from there. Auto-subscribed and didn't know it until I had a big charge show up on my statement. Two weeks later, and with half-full plug-ins, they begin to seep out the tops AND lose scent. Terrible waste of money.

The auto subscription system is really cheeky to say the least. I will be getting a wood scent next month without asking for it 🫠

The sent was great but lasted a week at best even tho there is liquid still in it . Didn’t realize I was signing up for a subscription and have been trying to get my money back since the 7th and it’s now the 22nd . Can’t even file a complaint against them with the BBB because I can’t find their address and phone number anywhere. I’m sure they’ll keep charging me the 20 a month even tho they said they canceled it . Worst company EVER !!!
