Poor quality. Very slightly scented. They then continued to send me refills without me signing up to any subscription. DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Same as most others here. Subscribed and charged without my knowledge and consent. Product is a monthly subscription which would indicate the scents should last about a month. However, they are overly strong for the first few days and then week after about 10 days.

Along with everyone else I was signed up to a subscription without my knowledge. On top of that I haven't even received the product and they don't respond to emails. Rookie error on my part for not checking for reviews first.

AVOID I bought as a one of payment, they never mentioned a subscription. I never received the product then complained they reordered for me but put me in a subscription I didn’t approve. FUMING and don’t even have the product.

The products are awful they have damaged my car . Made my sun visor bubble up

Scam. As many others here, I was automatically signed up to a repeat subscription and have had no reply to emails. Ripping people off from their hard earned money.

Hiding a monthly subscription and enrolling users automatically is extremely poor practice. This is exactly how you lose customers and trust.

If I could rate Drift a zero I would. Horrible shady practice of not disclosing that you are signed up for a subscription service despite choosing a one time purchase. Borderline fraudulent sales tactics. Terrible customer service that can only be contacted via email and only get back to you after days and days to inform you that apparently it’s obvious it’s a subscription service (many fellow reviews you can read here suggest otherwise!) and basically there’s nothing you can do about it. The product itself is OK, but nothing especially wowing over any old car air freshener you could buy at a local garage. Avoid like the plague!
