Like many I bought a one time purchase but it’s signed me up to a monthly subscription. I can’t cancel. No idea what to do.

I bought 1 product and they signed me up for a subscription???

Made sure it was a one time order when I ordered. Then the next month I was charged again. Immediately tried to cancel online, surprisingly the site told me I didn’t have an account. So how was I being charged a subscription? Signed up for an account to cancel something I never agreed to. The website just cycles & won’t allow cancellation. So emailed with an agent who assured me it was canceled. Three months later still being charged. Emails, chats & DMs all go unanswered. Filled a complaint with the FTC.

Pleasing scent. Every time I open my door I'm pleased. Very pleasant.

They signed me up for a subscription I never asked for. When I tried to cancel the website would just freeze. Do not buy from here.

F this company brah. whether you choose one time purchase or subscription they sign you up for a subscription. and also the order confirmation for my order i didn’t place (subscription even through i clicked one time purchase) was in a junk mail. why the hell would they do that that’s is just malicious.

Don’t touch them. They just keep taking money off you. Disgraceful

I placed an order this morning and within 2 minutes I wanted to cancel it. The scent only lasts for 30 days and not worth the money. The company REFUSED to cancel as they said the order was already processed. A COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO CANCEL AN ORDER IS NOT ONE YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH EVER.
