This company has a hidden subscription. They claim it is “highlighted” at checkout, but there is no clear information about a recurring charge or the cost. I only discovered the subscription after receiving an unexpected second package in the mail. The packets are also oddly glued to a piece of cardboard, which makes no sense. I have told everyone I know to stay away. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Though I love that these are environmentally friendly and smell great, I felt blindsided by being signed up for a subscription after buying a bunch of product as Christmas gifts. This was certainly not made clear during my first purchase.

Absolutely terrible. As everyone else, got signed up for a subscription I didn’t want or know I was signing up for. Product is okay, but I will never, ever order from them again. I have just been to the website to cancel this subscription I didn’t want and after trying to get me to keep the subscriptions several times over the 3 next pages, when I click the actual button to cancel, the page gets stuck with a spinning circle. SCAM AVOID!!!!

What a waste of money. I remember the smell when I got in the car for the first time. Past that, nothing. It’s a block of wood. Don’t buy this product.

sign you up for a subscription without any confirmation then when you try to cancel or get your money back tell you your not able too. Also they barely smell and what you can smell is not nice, chemically and fake. genuinely wouldn't bother

Una persona acquista un profumatore e si ritrova abbonata ad un servizio che recapita ogni mese un profumatore diverso, senza consenso. Già questo, dovrebbe dirla lunga sulla poca trasparenza del sito fatto ad hoc, marketing allo stato puro. Parlando del profumatore in sé, bella l’idea della tavoletta in legno, sicuramente un design e una soluzione bella, comoda, ma le fragranze sono al pari di quei profumi cinesi che si comprano ovunque. Deluso sia dal prodotto ma sopratutto da una pratica d’acquisto altamente scorretta e non conforme con i diritti del consumatore. Mai più.

I ordered a kit from them and they signed me up for a subscription without my knowing. I cancelled it, but it still continued. They broke the items in the order out and created a subscription for each one. So when I thought I had cancelled one subscription, there were still more. I then had to cancel them multiple times. I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop. I did enjoy one scent that I received, but it is not worth the hassle.
