This is a scam website. Never buy product from here. You'll have to end up giving them money every month and can't cancel it.

SCAM. They sign you up to a subscription service without consent then conveniently have a cancel subscription button that does not work with no alternative way to cancel. I will be going from via my bank to cancel all payments and reporting the company for fraud.

I don't care how amazing a product is, if it's difficult to navigate through their website--to find out how to cancel--it's shady business practices.

Like everyone else has said it is impossible to contact this company to cancel my subscription (Which, also like everyone else, I did not know I was signing up for). The website says you cannot contact them by phone, only by email or chat. However, they don't give an email address or option for chat ANYWHERE! It's too bad because I did like the car air freshener but because of their poor customer service I will not do business with this company in the future.

If I can make this review zero Stars I absolutely would. I bought this product to try around Christmas time. At no point did I sign up for a subscription. However I have been charged for the past 3 months repeatingly trying to cancel my subscription. It makes it impossible to cancel so now I have to change my bank card. Do not order from this scam company. How they are still in business is beyond me. Buyer beware

If I could give a minus star rating I would! Hidden subscription despite not having an account and impossible to cancel. I’ve gone through the process to cancel twice on the website and they still keep taking money.emails and chat ignored. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Absolutely shocking practices. Having to go through my bank to stop future payments

Drift smells nice at the start im yet to update as we go through the month. Im annoyed as i was told on the order id have 2 clips sent out but only recived 1 clip.
