Great product and even better customer service

Ordered what I thought was the basketball for my grandson and by my own mistake got the exercise ball. After christmas when my grandson opened it and found out I ordered wrong ball, I wrote to company told them my mistake and they sent me a return label and sent me out the one I originally wanted! No question asked. Great customer service!!

I love their customer services. Quick to respond and top rated services!

Very cool product. I bought one soccer ball and one basketball and my boys love them and the training drills. I also found customer service to be incredibly fast and helpful. The tripod I ordered broke and they responded to my email right away (on Christmas day!) To offer a replacement or refund. Great company!

Awesome customer service! No Haggle, No Hassle just professionals at work.

I will admit I didn’t really believe I would be able to get stronger or learn and skills on the app but after having the ball and being able to do lessons either live or on my own time I have learned so much and gotten stronger in my weak hand , P.S I really recommend coach Dante he is a very great explainer on the drills we learn and he takes everything slow for best results .

My boy loves it!

When my order didn't show up even though the carrier said it was delivered, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. I really appreciated their ease and eagerness to help!
