Excellent customer service! We bought fir Christmas and found out shortly after our daughter has decided basketball is for her. This is an excellent product and I can see the value for those that are looking for improvement in their playing! Highly recommend 👌

My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Our first ball kept deflating but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new ball. Kids love to do it.

Customer service is great, I let them know our dribble up stand broke, and within minutes I got an email back letting me know they were sending me a new one. I really appreciate the proper response and great service!
