Don’t do business with them until you read reviews from bbb.org
On December 12, 2023 I purchased two items from Dribbleup as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren that I had shipped directly to them. Upon recently checking my credit card statement I saw a charge for $16.99 for a membership that I did not sign up for with dribbleup, and found that in January, and December as well that I was charged $16.99 for membership. No where in the purchasing process did I see anything that said I would automatically be enrolled in a monthly membership or I would never have purchased anything from this website. When I contacted them, they said they will credit me for the February charge but not the December & January charge as that was past 30 days. After reading all 51 negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau’s website as well as 39 complaints filed it’s obvious that many people were misled by Dribbleup.

Hi Anita, I'm sorry your Dribbleup experience has been less than great. We pride ourselves on supporting our customers and standing behind our products. All Dribbleup purchases require the Dribbleup All-Access Membership, which provides access to daily live training and collection of on-demand training within the Dribbleup App. We communicate this on the website, during checkout, and in a separate confirmation email that includes additional information to manage your account. I understand that you were unaware of the required membership. Our team has reached out to resolve this with you directly. Please reach back out if you have any questions. We're available through live chat and email everyday, 8am -11pm ET.
