I haven’t been in this house a month… Buyer’s beware.
I haven’t been in this house a month yet and I’m already having buyers remorse. I have a faulty HVAC unit that sounds like a generator factory. The slab foundation is cracking and it washes away when it rains like mud. Being a veteran you would think that they would care about helping you out and making sure that you are not having these problems. They only care about the bottom line and getting your money. Whenever you let them know what’s going on they always tell you that your house has a warranty. I know nothing is perfect but whenever you invest this type of money into something, it should at least hold up better than a month. I’m going to be contacting someone from the VA and HUD to weigh my options to get out of here as soon as possible. I’m very disappointed and this only worsens my anxiety and depression even more. Do your research. I should have known better when I would come by during construction and find empty beer bottles all over the construction site. I’m very very sorry that I didn’t go with the reviews instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. Again. Their only concern isn’t the quality of their work but the $$$ they take in. Just beware when dealing with them. Highly disappointed!!!
