This is for the Muriells Inlet SC HOA First services. Aleeya reed, Is A excellent asset to this firm. She’s knowledgeable pleasant has great communication skills. I am living in a new development that DR Horton built. Because he is still building, we cannot have a board, which means the developer is our board. First services is the go-between, Aleeya definitely is trying to answer the questions and concerns that residents here have Regarding following the HOA guidelines, rules and policies it’s been a year for me anyway, And of course, we want the community to stay safe and neighbors taking care of the homes. She gets the 5- STAR, DR Horton has some great people working for him, but he just can’t build then walk away from the people that have purchased with no concerns about our concerns. 1. Outdoor plug was not sealed right. Watering the grass caused it to blow and we lose power frequently on that side of the house. 2. Nail pops on an entire wall. 3. Garage door only closes from the house. 4. Thermostat stopped working and it’s going to be 95 plus degrees for the next 10 days. No help from their contractor until after Monday. 5. Bedroom doors wouldn’t close 6. Uneven bathroom floors. 7. Sod was horribly laid large gaps in between rows and landscaping wasn’t great either. Only thing fixed were doors. The garage door has been worked on 3 times and we haven’t lived here a month.

Dr Horton assistant superintendent is now living in our home with my wife after we purchased in Alabama. He is married with children and so is she. They have a leadership problem and cannot be trusted

I regret I bought a house in WV from this builder. They can sell the same house plan and model in the same neighborhood for different prices to different sellers so be careful not be scammed, the level of finish of the houses is very poor and cheap. their after sale warranty is awful I have been begging them to come and fix the house issues that are defective and they keep ignoring my warranty requests, they will decline most of it. Terrible experience

Heating and Air Conditioning service under warranty for 2 years we're at 1.5 years and they've been out 13 times in the last 6 months with no solid answers to why heat keeps going out and now why not cooling a one story home. Siding keeps falling off. I've called siding installers to even offer to pay for repairs they never call back. Electrical plugs in home keep kicking breakers. Stay away from new DR Horton Homes.

Worst builder ever. My new house if falling apart.

Do Yourself a favor DO NOT purchase a DR Horton Home. Overpriced, Don't Hold Up, Flawed Amenities. If you do, you will live to Regret it!!!
