Dreamwood LivingReviews of dreamwoodliving.com

Joe provided excellent customer service by answering all questions I had to help us make the best purchase decision

Very accommodating and great communication, excellent pricing!

Fast, friendly, quick shipping.

Truly exceptional experience. I was in need of a replacement grill quickly for a party the following weekend. The Dreamwood team told me they’d do everything in their power to get the grill to me quickly. I ordered it Sunday night and it was on a truck and headed my way by Monday evening - mind you, this was a 450 lb grill that required freight delivery. The grill got here ahead of schedule, and they called me a few hours after delivery to make sure everything was as expected. In a world where service feels increasingly lacking, my experience with Dreamwood was a breath of fresh air. They have a customer for life.

Joe is great to work with. Efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Dreamwood Living for any fireplace or venting needs.

Same day fulfillment & shipping.

Great working with them over the phone and very responsive to any questions or need for additional parts I needed for the project. Can't wait to actually use the fireplace.

They were excellent - I accidentally ordered twice and they immediately called to make sure this was intentional (it was not!). So, they canceled the accidental duplicate and shipped the unit immediately. The local fireplace store said this unit was not available until October, and Dreamwood Living had it delivered in a week. Price was also much better. Excellent experience all around!
