It was great- we were building and shipping did not occur until we moved in. We do not plan to install until spring so we did not open the crate to keep it protected. Can’t wait to see it installed in our entertainment wall on the deck.

I bought a majestic courtyard 42" ventless fireplace for a covered patio project our company was completing. I had received the unit and had been sitting on it for several weeks before unboxing it fully and finding it severely damaged on one side. I completely understood that I was way outside of the return window but I reached out regardless just to see if anything could be done, and Joe treated the situation with grace and professionalism. He heard me out and pulled some strings to get a new unit sent out even though they weren't responsible. I know this can't always be the outcome in situations like this since businesses need to make money, but the fact that Joe took the time to listen and went out of his way to make it happen tells me that this company is made of people with integrity, who care about the customer experience and the quality of the product they are selling. With customer service like that, I plan on using Dreamwood Living again. Thanks again, Joe!
