Service after purchase was excellent

Everything was great, until it was not shipped within 5 days. I had to call and found out it was sitting on the dock. Got it 2 days later. Outside of that, all was good. Stay on top of shipping!

Great customer service! They were always available to answer my questions immediately. I also had a unique shipping situation and was helped navigate that to best fit my needs. The owner himself at one point reached out and let me know he was available if I had any questions.

Got my fireplace quickly and in perfect condition. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had.

PRICE; CUSTOMER SERVICE; DELIVERY SERCICE! THANKYOU

Wonderful service and very fast shipping. Had one issue with FedEx and was resolved quickly

Super helpful and knowledgable. I found my perfect fireplace after searching for two months online.

Joe Manthey has been nothing but a professional, hard working gentleman. My latest experience with him (owner) was a case in point. I hadn’t realized that the Oasis cabinets were discontinued until it was almost too late. Joe went the extra mile to track down the five pieces I need to complete my outdoor Kitchen. He took the time to call around the country and get other suppliers to ship these five pieces to me, I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend Dreamwood for all your BBQ related needs. He will work with you to your ultimate satisfaction.
